HUNT FOR MARAL IN THE ALTAI OF RUSSIA

For this hunting trip, we offer the hunting area in the district Ongudai of republic Altai, about 450 km southeast of Barnaul or 640 km from Novosibirsk. The hunting area represents mountains ranges (2 – 3 ths. m above sea level).

Hunting season: September - Oktober

Destination airport: Barnaul via Moscow or Novosibirsk via Istanbul or Prague

Travel and general information:

During the preparation, during and after the hunt, the following official documentation is requested or issued: visa support - official confirmation of visa application; weapons import license; hunting license; Russian and european veterinary certificate; migration registration; liability insurance for the realization of the tourist product (with the sick or travel insurance or with the hunting success this has nothing to do)

Hunting schedule:

1^st day - meeting in the airport of Moscow or Novosibirsk. Further flight to Barnaul, if flight be via Moscow or move by a car to Ongudai.

2^nd - at Barnaul, if flight be via Moscow, pick-up service from local outfitters, transfer by a car to Ongudai (about 450 km), father to the hunting area about 80 km east: first by car, than horse riding.

up to 8 days – Hunting. Hunting organization - on horseback, on foot. Accommodation during the hunt is small huts or in tents.

After the hunt - departure to Barnaul. Overnight stay. Return flight.

SERVICE PRICE, PER HUNTER with 2 hunters in the group:

Euro 3,500.0 - 10-11 travel days from / to destination airport, of which up to 8 hunting days, incl. all services from / to destination airport

TROPHY FEES ¡¡Wounding equals with shooting!!:

EURO 2,750.0 – shooting of 1 maral, independently on trophy size

ADDITIONAL COSTS, IN EURO:

• Flight to destination airport and back;

• up to 350.0 – Flight Moskau – Barnaul (there and back) for the person responsible for the import of weapons and for the whole organization, which will also be interpreter, if flight be via Moscow, per group;

• 150.0 if needed – lend weapon;

• Treating the trophy as follows:

- The skull is boiled, disinfected and faded with hydrogen peroxide;

- Skin (cape) is degreased and salted for at least 14 days and then dried;

- The skull and skin are individually packaged in transparent and sealed packs:

100.0 - skull of maral /  250.0 - cape of maral

• 300.0, per trophy - shipping costs for the trophy (skull with antlers and cape, if it is taken);

• de facto - Accommodation and meals outside of the hunting area (MosСЃow, Barnaul), possible transfers in Moscow, if you want to change the airport or go to hotel and back, excess airline baggage charges, alcoholic drinks, gratuities, tips, import duties, unforeseen costs
