BROWN BEAR HUNTING FOR OAT FIELDS IN KIROV REGION IN AUTUMN

Hunting season: 2nd half of August - early October

Travel and general information:

During the preparation, during and after the hunt, the following official documentation is requested or issued: visa support - official confirmation of visa application; weapons import license; shooting licenses; hunting license; migration registration; Russian veterinary certificate; liability insurance on the realization of the tourist product (with the doctor or a travel insurance or the hunting success has nothing to do this)

Hunting schedule:

1 day - meeting in the airport of Moscow, assistance during customs and gun control, supervision / assistance of an interpreter during the whole stay in Russia, per group. If there is time, a short sight-seeing in Moscow: Red Square, Kremlin (tickets for the Kremlin extra), Moscow University on the Sparrow mountains. Transfer to the train station. Moscow - Kirov train travel by Trans-Siberian railway in a second class carriage or Moscow - Kotelnich (which is a railway station about 120 km before the city Kirov). Travel duration is about 13-14 hours.

2 day - meeting in Kirov or Kotelnich (depending on the hunting ground). Transfer by car to the hunting area. Accommodation (simple hunting houses without comfort) and meals in a hunting area.

3 - 8 days - hunting. The hunt for oat fields is largely a still hunt at dusk. It is mostly sat on high-seats in the evening and in the morning at oat fields, which are visited by bears when the oat comes to milk ripening. Guiding during hunting 1:1.

9-10 days - departure to Kirov or Kotelnich. The train goes from Kirov to Moscow. Bringing service to the airport during departure, assistance with customs and arms control.

Service price:

Euro 1,850.0 per hunter - 10 - day arrangement, including 6-7 hunting days, incl. all services from / to Moscow airport and train 2nd class carriage

Euro 1,050.0 - cost of non-hunting companion

TROPHY FEES:

Bear, incl. skinning (raw, not yet salted skin from nasal tip up to the pelvis is measured):

 *Under non-trophy moose will be understood young moose with the fork antlers, bicycle antlers or the antlers with 2 X 3 ends. Such a trophy is not taken by the hunter! If the hunter wants to keep this trophy, the trophy will be charged as trophy up to 6.00 kg.

** At the boar it is measured according to the average length of the two tusks.

Additional costs, in EURO:

250.0 - charge for the train journey in a sleeper 1st class carriage (2-bed compartment) with the Trans-Siberian railway (round trip), P.P.

150.0 lend weapon (one rifle) for all hunting days (ammunition extra de facto);

• Treating the trophy: 100.0 - moose skull / 150.0 - cape of the moose / 200.0 - bear (skin and skull). 

200.0 - CITES certificate for export of bear trophy, which is applied for only after the taking of the bear; The trophy will be sent by mail after the departure of the hunter, therefore the shipping costs will still be charged;

250.0 - tanning of skin (on request). It is recommended to tan the skin

up to 750.0Contract work for the preparation of the skin (on request). Head carpet with replacement skull

from 250.0 - shipping costs for the bear or moose trophies, per trophy;

de facto - alcoholic drinks, tips, import duties, unforeseen costs
